Aston Martin launches V8 Vantage N400 Roadster
N400 spec includes a number of technical improvements as well as enhancements to the standard model’s range of color and trim options. These include a power upgrade to the 4.3L V8 engine, lifting peak power to 400hp and peak torque to 420Nm. There’s also a revised side sill design, new bonnet and side strake meshes, clear rear lamp lenses and a bright finish grille. Inside, both the car comes with heated seats finished in black leather, satnav and Bluetooth as standard.

Aston Martin V8 Vantage N400 Roadster arrives
Like its closed coupe brother, the N400 Roadster features an upgraded version of the Vantage V8's 4.3L engine producing 400 HP and 309 lb-ft of torque. That's a full 20 horsepower more than what's included in a standard Vantage V8 thanks to a thorough overhaul of the engine's internal components and the addition of a freer flowing exhaust and air intake. Other N400 enhancements include a Sport Pack that dials down the suspension for sharper handling, as well as new side sills, trunk lid, clear rear lamp lenses, mesh for the side strakes and a "bright finish grille". It's being reported that Aston Martin will only build 240 actual examples of the car, so get in line early.

The Vantage N400 is Aston Martin’s homepage to the marque’s feats at the Nurburgring. The N in N400 is quite simply, for Nurburgring. This is the race track where Aston Martin tests their cars under development. 
Colour options for the N400 are: Bergwerk Black, Lightning Silver or Karussell Orange, with either Sportshift automated manual or conventional manual transmission and in either Coupe or Roadster versions. Extras and accessories include Satellite Navigation, Aston Martin Premium Audio System, Bluetooth HID headlamps, cruise control and memory/heated seats.

The V8 Vantage N400 celebrates Aston Martin's participation in the ADAC 24-hour race at Germany's Nürburgring with the Vantage N24 race car. Power in the 4.3-liter V-8 in the N400 is now 400 bhp, and the limited-edition model benefits from a sport pack that includes lighter-weight, graphite-finished alloy wheels and stiffer springs, revised shocks and a new anti-roll bar. The improvements to the V8 Vantage N400 enable the car to break the vaunted 8-minute lap time on the Nürburgring famed North Loop. Inside, the cabin features perforated black leather seats, aluminum trim and a numbered plaque signifying its limited-build status. Available in either coupe or roadster versions, the N400 also offers a choice of a Sportshift automated manual or a traditional six speed manual transmission.

Aston Martin V8 Vantage N400 Roadster
After the N400 version of the Aston Martin V8 Vantage coupe that was released at the Frankfurt Motorshow two months ago, Aston Martin has now added a N400 version of the V8 Vantage roadster to the lineup aswell. The N400 is a limited edition version of the Vantage made to celebrate the achievements of the race version of the V8 Vantage (V8 Vantage N24) at the Nurburgring 24 hour race in june of this year. The 400 equals the horsepower the upgraded 4.3 liter V8 produces.
